The Space:

Step outside the everyday and into three days of pure Florida fun - or five, or seven. This Windsor Hills home is built for the way families actually vacation: everyone together during the day, worn out and happy by evening, with a private pool waiting the moment you're back from the parks.



Living & dining

The open-plan living area sets the tone from the moment you walk in. The lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen flow together without walls between them, so whoever's cooking is never cut off from the conversation. The kitchen comes ready for real meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and all the pots, pans, and cookware you need to pull off a proper family dinner without a reservation.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests across 4 beds. The king suite is a proper retreat with its own private en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom comes with its own en-suite as well, giving two sets of adults their own space and privacy. The bunk room is set up for younger guests with a bunk bed and an auxiliary bed, sleeping up to three - and a third full bathroom serves this side of the home. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and plenty of clothing storage round out each room.



Game room & entertainment

When the parks can wait, the game room steps in. Pool table, air hockey, basketball game - it's a self-contained entertainment zone that works for kids and adults alike. A TV and game console round out the indoor entertainment options, and the dedicated workspace means anyone who needs to check in on work has a proper spot to do it.



Your private pool

The screened-in pool and spa is where the home really earns its keep in the Florida summer heat. Outdoor furniture surrounds the deck so you can settle in with a drink while the kids wear themselves out in the water. The screen keeps things comfortable and bug-free, and the spa adds a wind-down option for adults once the little ones are asleep.



Resort amenities

As a Windsor Hills property, you also have access to the resort's shared facilities: a resort-style pool with water slides, splash pad, fitness center, movie theater, and sports courts. It's a full vacation infrastructure beyond your front door.



Getting around

Walt Disney World sits roughly 15-20 minutes away, with Universal Orlando around 20-30 minutes and SeaWorld about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Disney Springs is approximately 15-20 minutes out, and Orlando International Airport is around 30-40 minutes away. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is the closest major attraction at roughly 10-15 minutes.



Practical details

The home includes washer and dryer, iron, free parking on premises, self check-in via smart lock, and a private entrance. Starter supplies are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you may need to pick up additional supplies. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note: RVs are not permitted within the community.



NOTE:

The pool can be heated, and the cost for the pool heat is $35 per day; this needs to be requested for the entire stay and at least 72 hrs in advance.
