Family get together

We like the area with the amenities for a year-end getaway. Nice room sizes and open kitchen to the living room, but also where you could look out over the pool/spa.

A great family house for a great family holiday

A superb house, well equipped and in a fabulous location. We enjoyed the pool and games room and the different lounge areas. Lovely bed rooms and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location

Good house layout to be able to separate a young family staying with grand parents who want a good nigjta sleep. Great location to easily access Disney, and the resort facilities are perfect for the rest days to stay local and relax by the pool.

Everything was perfect with the place. The only complaint we have is the traffic around the area and Orlando area. Plan ahead before you go anywhere.

Communication with property managers was excellent the home was beautiful. Would stay here again. Maybe in time the mattress in some of the rooms might be changed. Overall great time.

Very Merry Vacation

Excellent housing choice! Comfortable and cozy, just like home. Would ask pool people to let you know they are there early mornings though. Would have liked to seen holiday decorations but it was still a really nice house.

Great for families!

The house was perfect! The private pool and hot tub were so convenient! Location is great too! 30 minutes to Disney, 10-20 minutes to restaurants and shopping, 45 minutes to Orlando. Close enough to do things, but far enough to not deal with all the traffic! Amenities at the resort are great too! Pool is very convenient and big enough for all the resort guests! I would definitely recommend!

Great house for a family stay!

The house is wonderful! The layout was great and allowed us all the space we needed to relax after a day at the parks. The kids loved swimming late at night and absolutely loved having the pool to themselves. The house is in need of new carpeting and paint. The linens are also due for a refresh.

Family vacation

The rental was exactly as pictured. There is more than enough space. We had 6 people and could've doubled that. Beds comfy. The pool and hot tub were used daily and were heated well. Washer and dryer available. Starting supply of paper, cleaning supplies. Communication with the rental agents was excellent. Very quick to respond. Our only concern was the resort itself, very busy, very crowded, very long lines to get in and out of the property, security does not control some renters behavior or speeding throughout the neighborhood. But not the rental agencies fault. We did have a very nice stay overall.

Birthday celebration

Stayed for 2 weeks in September as a party of 7 adults. The communication with the letting company was very good and they answered all questions quickly and sent through a very comprehensive set of instructions and details. The Villa is very large and excellent for a large group. The pool was great especially after a long day at the park. All the bedrooms are large and well appointed with lots of storage. Also Loads of towels and linen for large groups. We only used the resort facilities once but they were very good. Also some great additions of the games room and sound bar that we could connect too to Play music. The only downside was some noisy neighbours. Didn’t bother us too much but would have been an issue if we had younger children. We are a family that like to cook even on holiday. This was slightly hampered by the lack of cooking pots and pans. However there was plenty of plates cups and glasses.

If you're expecting an immaculate home with top notch furnishings, you may want to keep looking.I'll start with the pros: 1) The resort pool was fabulous! A few notes: there is a resort fee of around 35 for your entire stay, also do not attempt to bring in any outside food or beverages (except water). Your bags are searched just like TSA. 2) Location is great, close to shopping, easy access to I-4 and the parks. Expect a traffic jam outside the gated entrance on check-in days. 3) Size of the house - there is ample room for all of your guests, and most will get their own bathroom.Now for the cons: We have stayed in many short-term rentals. This one is simply average. 1) There is a lot of wear-and-tear with everything from the furniture to the carpet. The owner really needs to spend some time inspecting the house and make necessary updates, upgrades, and general maintenance. It's so sad because this could really be a nice home if it was properly maintained. 2) The mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced NOW. It's like sleeping on a cardboard box, and EXTREMELY creaky. On our last night there, I was getting into bed and was stabbed by some sort of very sharp object in the palm of my hand, like a needle stick. We were unable to locate the object, but it did draw blood. 3) General lack of kitchen supplies. We often rent homes that are generously supplied with essentials like salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, etc. This rental had none of that

Great house, resort and location!

Very nice house with a lot of bedrooms, play room and private pool. The resort is also great with a lot of pools, play grounds and snackbar. I will definitely rent this property and area again! Only downside is the traffic jams on i4 (that you need to pass twice to all kinds of activities).

Lots of space for the whole family.

This property is beautiful and spacious! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a15, 14 and 11 year old. (And plenty of bathrooms)! The kids enjoyed the game room (although the arcade machine didn’t work) and having a tv in each bedroom was also appreciated by the kids, though we had to buy batteries for some of the remotes. The home is decorated nicely (although the coffee table in the living room is a bit wobbly), the dining room was set beautifully with cloth napkins (it looked like a picture out of a magazine)! The bedrooms even had towels folded in pretty designs on the beds. The kitchen has the basics for pots and pans. It could use a few more smaller pots. It could also use some basic spices. I’ve stayed at other rentals and several basics were provided. We bought shakers of salt and pepper and left them for the next renters. The pool was just the right size and plenty warm enough without having it heated. (We we’re there the end of June.) It was refreshing to jump in after being out in the heat all day. I loved having it screened in - no bugs! We did have a couple of problems. 1). Noisy neighbors playing loud music until late in the evening. May not be good if you have small children. 2). The washing machine began leaking towards the end of our visit. I texted management late in the evening and they sent a maintenance man over the next day, Saturday, to look at it. They had to get a new pump for the washer so it wasn’t repaired before we left but I appreciate their quick response. Something they may want to consider is adding a few board games and puzzles to their game room. Again, this was available at other rentals. There was 1 puzzle there and we bought 1 and left it. Another addition could be books for children and/or adults. Often they can be picked up at library sales or garage sales. Overall we has a great visit! It was a wonderful place to spend time with family. I hope we will be able to return again soon!

Property looked just like the pictures. There were a few broken things upon arrival, but communication with property manager was extremely fast and they came promptly to fix. Had a great time, and felt right at home in this beautiful vacation home. Perfect for a family getaway!

Beautiful property, beautiful surroundings and would recommend for adults only Definitely would recommend to book pool heating as the pool was crazy cold (November) so we couldn’t use it. Cost of pool heating astronomical with this host and $200 less with neighbours Host not particularly helpful with trying to accommodate travelling home, couldn’t push check out plus one hour to help with assisting children for a long day ahead so wouldn’t book again on this basis and pool heating costs so booked with neighbouring property for next month

Great home for Florida trip.

Really enjoyed this vacation home, kids loved the game room & pool. Very nice to have several bedrooms & bathrooms. Neighborhood was really nice also. Host & check - in, check - out was very easy.
