Location was great for visiting Disney parks. Pool and grounds were well kept. The condo itself was ok. Several things we were not fond of. The bedrooms were dark, the master bedroom one lamp did not even work, as well as the laundry room light as well. The bedrooms had ceiling fans which were great for air movement, however the speed could not be adjusted and they were on high, so you either had them on and the room was cool or you left them off and it got too warm. We opted for on but then has to go out to Walmart and buy blankets because there was no blankets on the bed other then the comforters. The ceiling fan im the living room looked like the glass light part could fall off at any point so we opted to leave that one off at all times.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The house was just like the pictures showed, very clean. The host responded to my message quickly. Check in and out process was easy and simple. This was our first time visiting Orlando. This trip was wonderful with this property. We stayed 6 nights here. There were plenty of towels and sufficient kitchen essentials. We basically just bought our grocery and laundry detergent and dish soap. The host provided a small bottle of dish soap, but we stayed about a week, so we bought another bottle. The resort has a swimming pool and splashes and gym center. Kids enjoyed it very much. Walmart is just about a block away, so grocery is very easy. However, Walmart was busy especially in the evening, we couldn’t even move our shopping cart when we went around 7 pm. We checked out around 9:30 pm. So many people. Try to avoid evening time. Maybe go in the morning, less crowded.

Nice Community, But Maintenance Issues Affected Our Stay

The community and pool were great, offering a nice place to relax. However, the gym was quite small. The apartment itself was decent, but we encountered a few issues.The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, and when I checked the drain, it appeared to be clogged with what looked like a year’s worth of hair—definitely unpleasant. Additionally, the oven didn’t work, which forced us to spend around 500 on eating out—an unexpected expense. I contacted the provided number for maintenance, and while someone did come to check, they were unable to fix the problem, leaving us without cooking facilities for the entire week.To make matters worse, we received a notice the night before that fire alarm testing would take place the next day. This resulted in multiple interruptions as representatives entered and exited the condo to test the alarms.Overall, the unit was okay, but the combination of the non-functional oven and fire alarm disruptions made it less relaxing than expected. No one reached out to credit us for any issues.

Convienient location

Water park was fun inside the neighbourhood. Close to most of the theme parks. Except for afew basic missing items like dish soap ,hand soap, paper towels etc, its was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills area 2 other times in Orlando. This was by far the best trip we have had. Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Has everything you would need for your stay. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and access to the Parks. Kids loved the water park!

Orlando Trip

The rental process was very easy. Everything was done electronically without any hitches. The pictures and description of the property was exact. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with all the attention to detail! They thought of everything to ensure the renter's stay was easy and accommodating. I'm looking forward to returning!! Nice Condo

We had a great time at the condo! We loved the location. The rental was super cozy and comfy. We would of liked it to be a bit cleaner. There was still something’s left from prior stay-popcorn on floor, bathrooms were not super clean. I would also say that getting a new master bed would be a nice idea. It was a bit uncomfortable. We usually are not too picky, but we just wanted to send a little feedback! We love Windsor Hills!

Great little condo super close to Disney parks. Walmart and plenty of other restaurants/shopping close by. Nice pool and water slides. Pretty basic condo but a great value for what you pay. We would stay here again!

Lovely 2 bedroom

This property provides all that we expected. It was very clean and a short walk to the pool area. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, dishes etc while washer/ dryer and dishwasher worked well. Communication with the owner was excellent. He provided the codes etc a week in advance so this helped alleviate any apprehension. The facilities at Windsor Hills are very nice although on hot days the pool was very busy. I would certainly recommend this property to a couple or small family . It is very close to Disney as well as shops, restaurants and a large Walmart so your need to drive a long ways is minimal.

Nice place

Very nice place to stay. Stove front right burner didn’t work. Dryer took 3 to 4 cycles to dry my jeans. Couch should be replaced. Arm is all worn down and need re-stuffed. Stained some, but you can tell they clean it the best they could. Walls are thin. But over all very nice place to stay. I would stay here again. I would even recommend some staying here.
