The property was clean & well appointed, however we had daily issues that Vacasa, the property management company, wouldn't resolve. First night, carbon monoxide detector batteries started beeping at 2am & we couldnt locate it. There was a 6" hole in the screen over the pool, which let in thousands (literally) of gnats that died in the pool. We called every day to have it repaired & pool cleaned. Vacasa sent a screen repair at 3pm day before checkout, but never got pool cleaned & refused to move us despite multiple requests. The billiards table was missing #15, & had 2 #1 balls, but we still couldn't play due to the table being uneven. A puddle of water stayed in the garage/game room all week. The last day the air conditioner froze up. Beds were so worn out my husband & i slept separately. I've NEVER had so many issues at a home before.
