We liked the house very much. It was clean, really nice furnished and decorated as in the pictures. The beds were very comfy, and we all slept very well. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Registration at the gate and check in were very easy. Annie was a great host. She helped us with all questions before and during our stay

Sehr schön! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles hat zum Inserat gepasst. Falls wir mehr als 2 Personen gewesen wären, sollten ein paar mehr Töpfe vor Ort sein. Ich bin aber sicher, dass wir diese auf Hinweis schnell bekommen hätten.

This is our second time staying here! Which is all you need to know. It was our 50th anniversary and Annie, had a card and balloons for our arrival, very thoughtful! Annie responds quickly to any requests about the property.

Internally of the Villa is Fantastic, Pool Area very dirty

We arrived at the property to be greeted with a fantastically decorated villa that was clean and well presented on the inside. The fridge and dishwasher was also very clean. The facilities within the property looked great. When we arrived the A/C wasn’t working, however this was swiftly resolved within 90minutes following communication with the host.We found the property did not have a ‘safe’ contrary to the listing saying so, which unfortunately was critical for us - I believe this has now been removed from the listing. The pool area we found to need a very good clean, and felt we would be unable to sit on the sun loungers as they were very dirty. The bbq was also very dirty with grease splattered all over and black soot marks up the wall and sat on a dirty black mat, with a hosepipe just thrown on the floor, Not giving a nice pool environment at all. The communication with the owner was very good and pre-arrival information was good also. We decided to not stay here and came to agreement with the host and book a hotel, due to the need for a safe for our personal property and pool area being so dirty.We feel the interior of the property is represented very well in the listing and is a lovely environment, however the pool area is not represented correctly in the photos of the listing at the time of our booking and ultimately was enough for us to choose alternative accommodation, even after a 250 mile drive and with a toddler.

The Perfect Getaway Vacation!

We had such a wonderful time here in the villa at Solana Resort.The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, but when we walked in, we were taken aback at how spacious the house actually was! The house was very clean, and the bed comfortable. (We only used one room - the master with pool access! We wished we had had children with us to use the awesome character rooms!!)We felt at home straight away, and knowing all bed linens and towels were provided (in ample supply!) had made our packing so much easier. (We did pack two beach towels to use by the pool!)The pool was fantastic! It is well worth paying the extra to have the pool heated. We stayed in January / February and although the weather was in the 80's most days, it made the daily use of the pool much more enjoyable.The villa was the perfect distance from all the Orlando attractions. The highways were busy but the GPS would take us the back roads.Annie was the perfect host. Before, during and after, her level of communication was amazing. She responded quickly to any questions we had whilst at the property.When the time comes for us to visit the Orlando area again, we will most certainly see if this villa is available.Thank you Annie for the most perfect getaway vacation!

Great location!

The location was great and Annie was great with communication! The check-in process was very smooth. The property could use a little more TLC in the cleanliness department. The couch has lots of stains on it, and our socks were covered in hair (not ours). Nothing major but would say it just needs a deep clean. Outside of that, all was well.

Solid choice to stay

Good option for a short trip. The property was clean and updated, which made the stay comfortable. However, the beds felt a bit frail and could use some improvement. Overall, decent for a brief visit!

Beautiful place, clean, well maintained with excellent host experience.

My wife and our two college age sons (and small dog) stayed for a week at Christmas time. The home is beautiful, well laid out and open and spacious. Clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were delighted to find many small amenities that make house rental easier when flying to a destination- things like soap, TP, plastic wrap, laundry soap, etc. it’s one thing if you’re driving and can easily pack in, but when flying it means lots of annoying small purchases of items that you won’t use most of. The presence of these items were emblematic of the care taken to ensure a great experience. Anne was highly communicative, responsive and a delight to work with. The gated community is very nice and also clean (the club house is very nice), though it’s impossible to account for what type of neighbors you’ll get when renting. The houses are very close together (which is the case everywhere in the Orlando area) and this isn’t a knock on the home just a fact. All told, if we return to Orlando area we will certainly be back!

Very Clean and Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, updated, and had everything we could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was very responsive! It was a little further from the Disney parks than we would've liked to be, but the community felt safe. We would definitely like to return in the future!

We all needed time away from the stresses of the world and work! This place to stay helped support that goal! Everything was very clean and fresh, convenient and well supplied! Just perfect! A cozy home in a wonderful neighborhood with a delightful host.

My family enjoyed the safety and security of the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and made sure I was aware of the security procedure of checking in at the gate and obtaining a parking pass at the club house. This serenely decorated cozy home is situated in the middle of a quiet street and the two neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and there are plenty of places to grab meals close by and the grocery store (Publix) is a 5 minute drive away. The kitchen is stocked with the basics needed for a quick meal cooked on the BBQ or in the kitchen if you are eating in. I highly recommend the pool heat! The weather was cooler than we expected and we were so glad our host recommended heating the pool. The beds are cozy and comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The only down side is that we couldn't stay longer, however, we will be back the next time we visit the Orlando area :)

Highly recommend!

My family and I (8 of us including 2 children) stayed here for the week of March 5-12 and had a wonderful week! The house was exactly as pictured and in a safe community. The cleanliness was exceptional and ample sheets, towels, facecloths and items such as dishwasher tabs and soap were provided which was a lovely surprise (we have stayed in other homes that were not as well equipped). I loved how bright and sunny the house was and all of the new updates and furnishings were well taken care of. The BBQ was a bonus to not have to pay extra for. Annie was easy to communicate with and proactive in letting us know check in information and also checked in with us during out stay. The community clubhouse playground and mini golf were great for the kids. Also enjoyed the proximity to Publix grocery store and fast food restaurants in the area. Highly recommend and will be recommending to friends and family visiting Florida!
