• PARKING
Parking is free. Two parkings at the front of the house. There are overflow parking spaces walkable to this home, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.

Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake.

Street parking is not allowed.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner`s expense.

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

Pool/spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day, spa heating only option available for $25 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made 3 days prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation

We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Guest can rent a clean BBQ with a full gas tank - ask for details.
