This home was nice, however, for the entirety of my stay, I had zero hot water and it was under 50 for the whole trip. There was a really gross ceiling leak right in front of the primary bedroom that created a safety hazard and the leak and the hot water were not fixed at all. I also think they may need a deep clean the space I found mold and shower as well as, dirty baseboards, and just overall it doesn't seem like it's had a real clean and a while. The host were responsive, but a solution was not able to be found. Despite all these inconveniences I was offered literally less than 5% of a refund and told that was the best that they could do. Vrbo was very responsive and definitely took accountability and found a solution for me so I will continue to use the platform but I wish I away from this vacation home or this company because I don't enjoy their policies or how they treat guests
