On Saturday night, upon returning to the property after hours, the provided access code did not function. We made several attempts to contact the office for assistance at that time, but unfortunately, we did not receive a return call.We were fortunate that one member of our party had remained at the property, preventing us from being locked out. However, this situation highlights a significant problem with the reliability of the access system and the availability of after-hours support.Additionally, upon our arrival, we noted several cleanliness and maintenance issues that were unacceptable. Specifically:Hair was found in the shower of the bathroom adjacent to the movie theater.More hair was present in the shower of the Jack and Jill bathroom on the adult side.The glass in the refrigerator was broken.Snotty tissues were found in the movie theater room, along with bottle tops in the cup holders.Several kitchen chairs had residual food on them.These issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience.
