Perfect getaway close to the action

This home is perfectly located. Close to the parks yet far enough away that you can enjoy some peace after a long day. Well stocked, clean, and enjoyable. Communication with the owner is top notch and the best I’ve had out of all of our rentals. The hot tub is an amazing perk when you’ve spent all day at the parks, and the beds are absolutely heaven! Hoping to stay again next year when we return!

Great experience

From check-in, to communication with host, cleanliness of property and location to Disney, we were very happy with our stay. Pictures are just as advertised… Home was very clean. Beds were very comfortable after long days! Neighborhood was super easy to get to and from Disney each day. Definitely would recommend for adults or a small family. We did not take a vantage of the community pool, but the community in general is very clean, quiet and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home with many perks included.

Our family week vacation at the house was the best. Considering it was Mickey themed decor throughout the house made it extra special since we made the trip to Walt Disney world! Quiet neighborhood with awesome hot tub in our own enclosed patio with patio seating and sun bathing chairs. Laundry was a breeze with the in house units & dining area was ideal for our family of 6. The beds were soo comfortable. The bonus community swimming pool area and drinks from the bar were great at the clubhouse .

Close to Disney

The townhouse was very clean and the community was very peaceful. It was just as advertised. Quang was super responsive to any questions I had and made the process very simple. The home had plenty of space for my family of 4. Getting to Disney and Disney Springs was very easy and only took about 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend The Promanade at Sunset Walk for upscale restaurants and shopping just 5 minutes from this townhouse. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Orlando and staying here made things really convenient.

Super pleased with our stay!

My family and I loved staying at Quang's place! The condo had plenty of space for three adults and one 7 year old. We went to Florida to treat our grand daughter to Disney World for her birthday and having a spacious and clean place to come home to made it all the better! Quang's online description is accurate and the accommodations were perfect. My grand daughter and I slept in the pull out on most nights, since we were having "sleepovers" (just her and I) and the men each had their own room, and bathroom!, upstairs. Quang was quick to email me the check-in instructions and fortunately, we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay. Thanks, Quang! You're a super duper host!

Spring Break in Kissimmee

We were here to watch our daughters college softball team play in Clermont. The condo was perfect for our needs. Super clean. The hot tub was nice and we used it almost every day. Decor was nice even with the Mickey stickers. The location was right off 192 which is a SUPER busy road that leads to Disney. Just be warned that it can take 20 minutes to go 2 miles down the road in the evening. Lots of chain restaurants in the area and the Sunset Walk area was nice. We would stay in this condo again. Quong was very prompt with answers to our questions.

The house was so comfortable and the pool at the resort is amazing. Love this gated community. Quang is an attentive host and responds quickly with any questions! We felt secure and comfortable staying here and I highly recommend this townhome.

Good Stay, Ideal location 👍👍👍

First off let me say communication with Quang was amazing. Every message/call was answered very promptly. Quang did everything on his part to make sure our stay went well. So my family and I stayed for 14 days and it went well. The location was great right off of W Irlo Bronson Hwy which was close to literally everything you could probably want or need. Restaurants, gas, pharmacy, target, walmart and supermarket. That was a huge plus. The unit size was a tad smaller than I was expecting but it provided the right amount of space for my family. The unit came equipped with washer an dryer which helped greatly to keep up with laundry. On a few of the rainy days during our stay it was nice to sit back and watch movies, the surround sound was a nice touch. The kitchen was easy to work around in. Would recommend a few more pieces of kitchen utensils to be perfect. I did enjoy the mickey pancake maker👍 as did my family. Only able to use the hot tub once during the stay but it worked like it was supposed to. Indicator dial was a little tricky at first but after some adjusting we were able to get the water temp just right. We spent a considerable amount of time at the pool and that was very nice. Two pools that allowed us to catch some sun and cool off. The gym was nice as well and the arcade area was not available during our stay. As I mentioned earlier Quang had great communication and we found this through a couple of little issues that he was willing to make right as soon as I mentioned. One area was cleanliness. Anytime I stayed anywhere the first thing that sticks out to me is how clean the unit is. There were some areas that weren't up to par which could have been the cleaning team missing or forgetting. We communicated to Quang right away and was willing to send a cleaning team at 9pm but we agreed on an alternative. The second item was a small water leak that again we communicated to Quang and someone was there to fix it that day. Sometimes having an issue allows you to see how much a person cares. I definitely feel he cared and wanted to make sure our stay went well. We appreciate that. Overall our stay went like it was supposed to. We felt like we were in a safe, comfortable area, had good communication throughout. An area of improvement can definitely be a better cleaning team, and maybe a tad less per night but overall 👍👍. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit.
