The hosts were able to accommodate an early check in, which was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were great! Some things to note - the units are not all attached like a typical hotel so some have a bit of a walk to the pool, which for us wasn't a huge problem. Our one issue was we were in a lower unit and although the units were all very nicely remodeled, we could hear the people above us during the middle of the night, bouncing a ball, could definitely hear little children running back and forth for over an hour, and this was between midnight and 1am. Tried calling the main office for 45 minutes and no one answered. As I was traveling with young children, I could not leave them alone in the room and walk the 100 yards across the parking lot to the main office. When I called the office the following morning, I was told that someone is staffed and SHOULD have answered the phone when I called in the middle of the night so that was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars otherwise, location was great and I would stay again.
