Disappointed
Was super excited about this listing. We reserved mainly because of the game room. To our disappointment, the air hockey table and the arcade were not working. I contacted the management company and was ensured that maintenance would be out there to resolve. Maintenance never came. Even worse, management company had said that maintenance had came and resolved the issue, little did they know that that was our rest day and no one showed up the entire day while we were there. If we would have known about this false advertisement we would have booked a different listing so that our kids would have a game room. Not only that, the management company or owner (whomever controls the thermostat) will move the thermostat up to 80 degrees when you are not at the house. So that when you get back from the parks it is scorching hot and takes hours to cool down. They will also do this in the middle of the night. My wife and I had to wake up in a hot sweat and go turn the thermostat down in the middle of the night. Reported this issue to the management company. Again nothing was done about it.Also the dishwasher started leaking on us. Reported and nothing done.If you’re looking for a stress free enjoyable stay for your Disney/universal trip I would highly recommend not choosing this listing.
