Great place to stay!!

The home was exactly like the picture. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There is a barbecue grill also for your convenience. The game room was a real treat for everyone a washer and dryer also. There was pool toys, floats, a double stroller, dry rack, blow dryers in all the bathrooms. The resort had lots to do for everyone in the family. You can walk to the clubhouse. All the stores are within 1 mile and Disney was only 3 miles away. The host and hostess were so accommodating from the moment you booked to the minute you leave they will answer any questions and take care of any concerns you have. I’m looking forward to another trip and stay.!

Great house

I was very happy with the Windsor Hills house we rented for our Disney trip. The resort is very close to the parks. Owners Bill and Donna are amazing hosts, very accommodating, answering any questions I had. The house is beautifully decorated, walking distance to the club house and close to entrance. Beds were comfortable and the pool was so nice to come back to after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend.

Good Property, clean, pool was excellent, arcade was an added treat. The resort was very nice with a great market having very reasonable priced food and adult bevrages. The art project for the kids was nice as well as the theater.Would come back in a heart beat!!

Dealing with the hosts prior to arrival was an easy and pleasant experience. Once we arrived, it was better than I had imagined. Windsor Hills is extremely safe and beautiful. The home was everything we imagined and more. Great place- we will be back!

This home exceeded our expectations. Bill and Donna were very responsive and easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. The community was very quiet and felt safe. The pool was a huge plus during our downtime at Disney. Also the arcade was a life saver and kept all the kids occupied. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, especially going with another family, we each had our own space. The home was very clean which is something that I am always looking at. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

Perfect Stay

Where do I start? The Windsor Wonder was perfect. Beautiful renovated house that was clean and had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the game room and pool. The host was clear and organized with instructions about everything (check in, amenities, nearby restaurants, etc.). The neighborhood was only a 10 to 15 drive to the parks, and this particular house is within walking distance of the neighborhood water slides. Our only regret is not having more time at the house due to all of the time we spent at the parks. We definitely could have used more time in the game room and pool!

Great location, pool and gameroom!

We always love staying in this area as it is close to Disney and this home did not disappoint. It was remodeled and very clean and the beds were super comfy. The private pool with no home behind was perfect and if the kids wanted to do the waterslides, it was a short distance to the neighborhood pool. The gameroom was a huge hit and gave the kids something to do when it was raining. Bill and Donna were great to work with and always answered our questions very quickly. This was one of our kid’s favorite homes that we have stayed in and the 4 beds with 4 bathrooms was a huge plus. We would stay in another one of their homes in a heartbeat and the future!

Special Olympics family weekend

What an amazing stay from booking until we left. First off the house was gorgeous and the pool was perfect! We love the entire layout of the house which was perfect for our group. I was actually upset I didn’t bring my kids on this trip. They would never wanted to leave this house. I was in town for my sisters Special Olympics games and the owners brought her this amazing gift basket and words of encouragement to get a medal. Well she did get the gold!! I would very much recommend to house for the size and upgrades made to make it family friendly! I am bringing my family down to Disney and we will be staying at this house again for sure!! Thank you Bill and Donna for helping create such a memorable weekend!

Immaculate property in a safe resort neighborhood. Spacious house that could easily accommodate 8-10 occupants. Modern upgrades and conveniently located to major eateries and 15 minutes from all major parks. We had a great time at the resort pool area for our last day before heading back. Amazing vacation home!

This was the most beautiful property I have ever rented! It was exactly as pictured and spotless! It had everything we needed for our family vacation and was in the perfect area. We were only minutes from grocery stores, Wal Mart, and several restaurants. The owners were amazing to deal with and very accommodating…I can not say enough good about them! They were so organized and provided us with lots of helpful information about the property and the area. I will definitely be staying here again and would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

FANTASTIC!!!!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our hosts Bill and Donna. They were the best hosts we have ever had and we will definitely return. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Bill and Donna truly thought of everything to make their guest feel welcome. The location was incredible, close to the parks, tons of restaurants and shopping. The community waterpark and clubhouse had everything we needed from slides, food, work out facility and even fun activities for all including nighttime movies. We stayed for 10 days and would have loved to stay for another couple weeks. Highly recommend staying here for all families, couples......

My husband daughter and I booked Bill & Donna’s Windsor hills home for our trip to Disney & universal. This was hands down best home rental experience we’ve had. This home is absolutely beautiful & clean. Our daughters fav part was the pool & game room perfect way to end the day. Bill & Donna communicated through the entire process and we’re quick to respond. Their home is only 5-10 min drive to Disney depending on traffic. We would 100% rent from them in the future.

Perfection!!!!

This home was awesome and the owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect! Ten things I liked about this rental: 1)Very comfy and stylish furnishings. Beautiful decor with great lighting and ceiling fans. 2) Location is excellent! 3) Each bedroom is private with its own bath & great bedding. The sheets were so soft! (And this comes from someone that carries their own sheets. Crazy...I know!) 4) The pool was beautiful with night-time lighting and no neighbors to the back. The hot tub was actually hot with great jets. 5) TV's were a good size and in every room with excellent wifi/internet service. 6) A gated community for safety and feeling secure. 7) An awesome game room....the best I have ever seen in a home...everything worked and there was even AC in this room. Very uncommon. 8) Stoller, highchair, & pack-n-play were all like new. 9) The best washer & dryer I have ever used in a rental. 10) Plenty of seating inside and out for eating & relaxing. I could go on and on....but then again, this place might not be available when we want to come back. Lol I MUST SAY, WE WERE TRULY BLESSED TO SPEND FAMILY TIME HERE.

An amazing place to stay

We’ve spent a lovely moment in this house and everything was perfect. Bill, Donna and their daughter are amazing hosts and always happy to help you or answer your questions. They have a lot of tips to share about the area. Our teenagers really enjoyed their room and the gaming room. The resort is located 10-15min from Disney parks and village, 25-30 min from SeaWorld and 35 from Universal. Don’t forget Bush Garden at Tampa, just 1h15min away. And there is a Walmart less than 5min, great to refill the fridge and the car… We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This is a beautiful house that is newly renovated. It was very well equipped and comfortable. They had a highchair, pack-n-play, and double stroller for my kids which made packing easy. The older kids (and adults) loved the game room! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.
