Stay

Nice place, but too many breakable stuff around for children. Had to fix the bottom bedroom door handle and the chain lock on the front door is backwards. Water heater isn't large enough for 5 adults. The location is perfect for those visiting Disney....

Vacation

The location of the home was great to be able to walk to clubhouse. The pool looked much bigger in the pictures. The bedding was outdated. There wasn’t any extra pillows or sheets for the hide a bed. The property was great in getting back about code to house.

Friendly and beautiful resort

The grandkids loved the pool outside the condo - and the large resort pool with water slide park. And ice cream!! We had a wonderful time - unit is short walk to main pool. Very easy and short drive to Disney. Great location - great place.

Perfect for our Family

Such a nice property with great upgrades and top notch cleanliness. It was nice and also family friendly with our little ones able to play and have fun. Our 4 year old loved his Star Wars bunk bed. Comfy beds and we all slept great. Loved having the stuff for the baby such as the pack n play and the high chair/booster. We all loved the place and always stay at Windsor Hills for our Disney Trips. This will be added to our list for future stays! Thanks again!

I wanted to love it!

I really wanted to love the property but it needs some really deep cleaning and TLC. I spent the first few hours after a 12 hour drive cleaning a supposedly already cleaned property. Bring lots of Lysol wipes! For the amount of money paid in fees for the 5 days we stayed I expected a clean home. The floors are not mopped at ALL. How do I know walk around barefoot and you will see. The painted white hand rails were visibly dirty I had to wipe down and they were disgusting along with light switches. All 3 Bathroom toilet seats were taped down only to open them and see visibly they weren't clean. The Downstairs bath has teeny tiny bugs crawling out of the sink all the time. The pool guy came buy unannounced and unexpectedly to clean which was fine however when I asked about the ph balance he admitted it was off and that they are waiting for inventory of some chemicals. Also bathroom showers/tubs you can tell they were just sprayed with shower spray and not scrubbed. Master bath was filthy.. dont plan on soaking in the tub. Fridge had hair and other particles the handles were dirty. Microwave handle dirty. Ceiling fan in master was so loud and wobbly we couldnt use it. It looked like it could fall at any moment. The Floor fan that was provided we plugged up and it was also noisy I had to bang on it to get it quiet. It really needs to be replaced. They are inexpensive. Also the Pool area had chips on the ground from previous guests which attracted ants bring ant/bug spray. The photos of the pool area are not accurate we did not have the same tables and chairs, not a huge deal but the photos should be as accurate or updated as possible 2/3 bedrooms did not have a comforter or duvet cover… bring extra if you are a person that gets cold easily There is a 2 car max anything over 2 you have to go to the overflow lot and only a tight parking pad at the house for one. -PROS Plenty of space for a family of four to six people Lots of kitchen items and cookware are provided for cooking. You will need dish liquid and dishwasher pods as they only provide one small generic brand package which wont last if you plan on saving money and cooking often. Quiet neighborhood. Overall it needs an update especially washer/dryer. I recommend professional cleaning from a reputable company at least to steam clean the floors and bathrooms.

Unit with lots of issues

This unit has lots of issues, and they need to be fixed before it is able to meet normal standards. The management group was pretty nice, however they could’ve address the the following issues way more efficiently. * front door lock had no batteries. They sent someone to fix it however it took us about an hour to be able to get in. And this kind of thing could’ve been prevented had the management given a walk through before check in. * washer was broken - I called the management, they sent someone, the guy came took a picture and left saying that it should be fixed the next day. The next day I waited until noon to call the management and was only then notified the washer was not fixable. The solution? I was offered to use another unit within the property if I need to do any laundry. I declined the offer for a couple of reasons. * I didn’t feel comfortable inside someone else’s unit * the rental price I paid for the unit had included working appliances * I was on vacation with my family and didn’t want to go to a different location to do my laundry. Once I told the management that their solution didn’t work for me, they simply say: “oh I’m sorry but that’s all we can do” * pool was half empty. They fixed it however I had inquire about it twice * All the towels were dirty and they stunk badly, yuck! And I couldn’t even wash them since I had no washer. I was expecting clean towels because that was included in the unit. Am I asking for too much? * the place was not clean. The floors were dirty like no one had been there for the longest time. Which frustrated me because I know for a fact that once you check out housecleaner is sent before the next check in. My advice to potential renters, make sure they have all these issues addressed before you rent. I had stay at Windsor hills other times but never had to worried about any of this kind of stuff. Honestly these things ruined my time at this location. I totally wouldn’t recommend. Other than the great location, I have nothing good to say about my stay in this property.

Excellent place for vacation!!

I’m planning to go every year. I’m in love with that resort. My family enjoyed it . I recommend it 100% . Near to Universal studios, Disney world, sea world and more places for kids. Walmart is @ one block from the resort and you can find all the souvenirs you want. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Loved the property

Had a problem getting in the house . The code did not work . Spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to get in . When we went to get a clean towel all of them were wet . They were in the cabinet folded but they were wet . Everything else was great .

Spring Break on Maneshaw Ln

We had a problem getting into the property. The code I was sent didn't work. I called Global Resort Homes and together we solved the problem in a few minutes. One of the chairs in the living room was broken. The back of the patio needed repair but we wouldn't walk back there anyway. Other than those couple things it was great.
