Short stay for cheer comp. Location was great. Nice neighborhood and quiet at night. Lots to do for kids and adults. Large home with plenty of space. We enjoyed the pools. Definitely will stay again!

Family Stay to visit Disney

Family from upstate New York, Kissimmee and Miami gathered together to enjoy Disney and Legoland. The home was very clean, had the needed bed and bath combinations to accomodate the adults. The two children truly enjoyed the game room (as did a couple of the adults!). Home was well maintained and equiped with necessary kitchen needs. A couple of questions we had regarding the house were answered fully and very timely. Would truly stay again.

Windsor Hills Suite Retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windsor HIlls Resort. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and bedding, and very spacious. The pool at the house was very clean, and comfortably heated with the added bonus of being a salt water (rather then chlorinated) pool. The community pool was also very nice. The pools were both well maintained. The neighborhood itself was quiet and very family friendly. Our granddaughter enjoyed several of the playgrounds interspersed around the resort. Only downside - not much for starter supplies in the kitchen. Tough when you have had a long day of travel, arrive late and just want a cup of coffee. There were several coffee makers, but no starter coffee. Some of the cooking/frying pans were also subpar. Overall our stay was very good and we would definitely return to Windsor Hills again.

Excellent Home and Complex

House was great, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Kids loved the pool, swam all day. Appliances all worked well, everything was as described. The amenities at the club house were also fantastic, nice pools, splash pad, slides. Restaurant had decent food and specialty coffees as well.

Stat at Windsor Hills

The house was exactly as described on the listing. It was spacious and the heated pool and grill inclusions were a big bonus for my family. Below are the reasons I gave it 4 stars, but it was closer to a 3.5 with inconvenience of #3: 1. The property management company was very responsive and thorough; however, they sent me the rental agreement via email. I was traveling for work and forgot it about. Then, two days before my arrival I received a text message saying "unfortunately we are going to have to cancel your reservation because you haven't completed you reservation agreement." My only recommendation is to call first. Not everyone is on their phones 24/7, maybe someone overlooked the email, maybe someone fell ill and is in the hospital. Before you instantly go to cancel a reservation make an attempt to call the person first. That's just common courtesies and good business practices. 2. Although the house appeared cleaned, there were white stains on the bedding in one of the beds in the Harry Potter room. When we went to wash them we realized there wasn't any laundry detergent (see comment #3). My son slept on covers we brought from home. 3. Although there a lot of dishes and pots provided. There wasn't enough household items / necessities to accommodate a reservation for 10 people for 4 days and 3 night. For example: no laundry soap was provided, there is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, they only provided 4-5x /13 gallon trash bags and a baby sized dish soa

Great summer vacation

Ken’s house was amazing extremely fun the kids had a great time in the game room almost to the point they preferred to stay home than go out and about. Ken was super helpful even made some suggestions for activities.. one of the best experiences we’ve had on vacation I recommend this home to anyone reading this review

Brilliant villa and amazing host

The villa was brilliant. It was in the perfect location- so close to Disney, restaurants and shops. The house was so clean and tidy and we enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool was great to relax after a day at the parks - it had sun on the pool all day. There was a shaded area to sit outside and watch tv in comfort. We all enjoyed the games room with large projector TV. The host Ken was amazing! The best host we’ve ever had! He replied to emails straight away and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa and we will hopefully return in the future!

Clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood

Ken was very responsive. Before our stay, I asked about a bed guard for our grandson and he ordered one right away so to be there on our arrival. Loved the neighborhood, very peaceful. Small playground directly across the street. In gameroom I enjoyed plenty of competitive ping pong games with older grandson, and enjoyed the 125 inch 4k movies by signing into our Netflix account. The Harry Potter nook with a door was a HUGE hit for the young ones to have their own space. Clean house, Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc., furniture comfortable, pool heat good. No issues during 2 week stay.

Windsor Hills Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 3 children, and it is a perfect house for a family. It is only 15 minutes from all Disney parks. Whenever we asked any questions, we received an immediate response. Easy check-in, easy check-out.

Stunning Property

Everything about this place is fantastic. The layout of the house is great. It was well stocked, in the game room was a hit with both the kids and adults. The weather was a little chilly while we were there, but the heated, pool and spa was very warm and enabled our kids to get into the pool no matter what the weather. Highly recommend. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay at Windsor Hills

Our stay was the best ever! All the amenities were enjoyed by our family. The home we stayed at was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very much at home there. Spending time in the pool and hot tub was so relaxing. It was a perfect area to stay-very quiet and close to all the Disney attractions and many restaurants to choose from.nearby plus a large Wal-Mart just down the road.

Great House

House is really nice, everything was an easy process. Pool and Hot tub adjacent to pool was great. Used Jacuzzi several times in the evening. Nice feature that there is a door alarm, fencing for child protection. Game room was fun also, Brought back memories (Gallaga) from 40 years ago, lol. Very nice TV's. Oven and cooktop was perfect for making meals, also used grill 1 night. Only suggestion I have is changing pans to a non-stick, also there was very little basic stuff, had to get from store cleaning stuff, pads/scotchbrite, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and such. Not sure if previous renters removed everything, but house is very nice and a lot of stores nearby! Only had a couple questions and owner respinded right away.

Perfect location Nice neighborhood House better than advertised, very clean and well maintained. Excellent communication and instructions. Everyone in our group loved everything. Would definitely book again and 100% recommend this home for vacation rental.

Relaxing Property

My family had a wonderful time at this home. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! The waterpark is beautiful. Getting to and from Disney is a breeze! The kitchen is well appointed and I loved the craft ice maker in the freezer. The property is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!
