Windsor Hills was really a great community to stay in. The pool was warm and not as crowded as I would have imagined. The unit we stayed in was a good size for our family, but it was very run down and not as clean as we would have hoped. There was broken glass on the king sized bed from a broken light bulb over the bed. The king sized bed was very unstable and sinking quite a bit in the middle. The couch had many holes along the seams. There were many chips in the paint and stains on the walls which contributed to the rundown feel. The utensils and mugs in the kitchen had so much food stuck on them that we had to run them all through the dishwasher before using them. It was sufficient for our purposes, but not to the quality we expected. Would stay in Windsor Hills again, but not in this unit.
