Nicht zu empfehlen
Es gab keine Handtücher im Zimmer und das Badezimmer war nicht gereingt. Mir wurde das Zimmer nebenan offeriert. Die Armaturen sind verkalkt und es gibt überall noch Fingerabdrücke. Die Toilette war schmutzig und wurde auf meinen Wunsch hin nachgereinigt. Am Boden gab es Haare und massenhaft Staub. Das Personal, mit Ausnahme einer netten Dame war unfreundlich und abweisend. Ich betrete das Hotel und werde ohne Begrüssung gefragt, ob ich ein Zimmer da hätte oder nur die Toilette benutzen will. Als Gast hat man das Gefühl, dass man das Personal nur stört. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt in meiner ganzen langjährigen Reisehistorie.

Très bel hôtel
L'hôtel d'Orléans est un très bel hôtel, très propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, dans une salle petite mais agréable. La chambre était un peu petite mais très bien équipée, propre et très bien entretenue. L'hôtel est très calme en journée, comme la nuit. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, comparé aux prix plus élevés des autres hôtels de la ville.

We loved the location of this hotel - super close to all there is to see in lovely Orelans. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, in particular Daniela who was so helpful in getting us orientated and recommended some great restaurants and bars. Our stay was only one night but we will definitely return to both Orleans and the hotel. Thank you

중심가 머물기 좋은 깔끔한 호텔
룸이 작다는 평가가 있어 걱정 많았는데, 머무는데 전혀 지장없을 정도의 일반적인 룸크기로 안심. 깔끔하고, 브랜드 호텔수준의 청결함, 직원 너무 진철, 특히 중심가에 있는지라, 2분만 가면 대성당이 보이고, 성당까지 도보 8분정도. 여름에 열리는 대성당 레이저쇼를 1시간 즐기고 오는데, 위치상의 장점을 다시한번 공감함

Stunning on the inside. I loved the old-world ambiance and the beautiful furnishings. The coffee served in silver service was ooh-la-la! The room size was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bathtub that involved a huge step up and over to get into. There was no shower curtain and the low mount of the handheld shower awkward to use.

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the Expedia App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to Expedia in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring Orleans on foot. Our room was small, but comfortable and very well equipped. We used the onsite parking (get a reservation) and that also worked well.
