„This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. “

„2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!“

„Everything was extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want, right down to the rolling pins and every kind of appliance. Everything, and again,I mean Everything was terrific, comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated, lots of space, great bathrooms, etc! I couldn't more highly recommend!“

„Beautiful, quiet spot up on the hillside overlooking the valley. My wife and I came up to check out the Kingdom mountain bike trails and were not disappointed. The house is an easy 15-20 min drive to the trails, as well as the bike shop, cafes, and small market in East Burke. It was helpful having all-wheel drive getting up the hill to the house, and once there check in was incredibly easy, and the house was super clean and well appointed with all new appliances. „We fell in love with this place. We spent ten days and although we planned on exploring surrounding areas we actually ended up spending most of our time on this property. The location is absolutely amazing, peaceful, surrounded by woods and views of the Daniel's Pond.
