„We found the apartament with no issues and Caroline (the owner) seemed lovely. The place was very quirky and had a pleasant vibe to it. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I was hugely disappointed that the images on hotels.com were labeled completely incorrectly. The room was supposed to have a private balcony with a sea view.
