« We were the first guests to stay at this property and honestly it didn’t seem like it in some ways. There was a thick layer of dust on a lot of things. There were no coffee mugs or cereal bowls, no vegetable peeler, and no can opener (no big deal but should be mentioned- especially if you make coffee in the morning). The towels seemed fresh and new, and mini toiletries were provided which was nice. But when we stripped the bedding per check out instructions, there were quite large and noticeable...

« The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend. »

« My teenage boys and I used this rental for our mini-getaway. The house was as-listed with newer beds, a pretty spacious living room area, and the cleanliness was overall good. The location made it easy to get to all of our golfing, shopping, and restaurant destinations within about 20 minutes. »

« This was the perfect place for a girls weekend! We were close enough to stores and restaurants yet off the beaten path to feel like we were away from it all. We did a river cruise Friday night on the Maumee and a delicious dinner at Webber’s Saturday night. The rest of the time we hung out around the huge kitchen island or on the beautiful deck enjoying the view. The stairs do creek so don’t plan to sneak in and there is only one bathroom, but otherwise it is absolutely perfect! »
