We had a wonderful time at this cute home! My family really enjoyed the hot tub and the view! Such a great place and only steps away from the Devil's Punch Bowl! Debbie was so nice with grrat communication throughout the process of our stay! Highly recommend!

This rental far exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely amazing! My two friends and I had a “girls getaway’ and it was perfect! The second we stepped through the door it felt like home away from home! We slept upstairs and the view of the ocean and the crashing of the waves was so relaxing. The neighborhood was so quiet! We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and across the street took us to the beach and Devils Punch bowl. It’s a unmaintained road, and when you got to the end of the path, you have to go down a man made path that is a little steep but for us (61 1 with two knees, 1 with a bad foot and 1 with two bad hips we did it just fine multiple time a day). The other direction about a block away there are a LOT of steps to get down to see the beach and the top of Devil’s Punch Bowl but was totally worth it! We stayed three nights and four days and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be booking this rental again! It was a perfect spot to stay, I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

3 points of beach access!

Loved the access and proximity to the beach! Views from upstairs were wonderful. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, and exploring nearby beaches, and towns. Homey touches like puzzles, throw pillows, blankets, and nice towels and toiletries made the stay even more enjoyable. We hope to come back!

Amazing coastal gem

Such a beautiful home to spend a weekend at the coast! Very thoughtful amenities and within walking distance to the beach. It was stormy during our trip but the upstairs living room was a cozy place to watch the waves.

Beautiful view

The property was perfectly located and the accommodations were clean, well maintained, with a wonderful view. Sitting on the deck in the rocking chairs was a real treat. We are already planning on coming back to spend more time here.

Great beach house for family stay

This house was very nice, spacious, greatly furnished, two floors. Great view of sunset and walk across the street to the coast for tide pooling. Nice hot tub. Owner very nice and available to communicate when needed. We hope to come back one day!

Fantastic location

Beautiful view and close enough to hear the waves of the ocean if sitting upstairs or sitting in the hot tub. Very spacious upstairs for a big family or group of friends. Super close to the beach and Devils Punch Bowl. We loved the location.

Quintessential Oregon Coast

The location is perfect, centrally located as a basecamp to explore the coast. The place is QUIET, and it’s a 5 minute walk to Devil’s Punchbowl with shops and to the local beach. While we explored north and south, the beach right here was the best for beach glass and agates. The property has everything you need and nothing you don't. Everything worked great and it was well stocked with all essentials and more. The owner was in touch throughout the entire process and was a gracious host. This is probably our 10th VRBO and it ranks as one of our top places!

Incredible house and base for fun activities

The house itself was just amazing. We really enjoyed sleeping upstairs with the windows open to hear the waves crashing on the beach when we woke up. The beach is visible from the bed and the experience was just nothing short of wondrous. The house was very cleans and very well appointed. Incredibly appointed. It felt like home and had everything we needed and more. The property owner was very communicative and very accommodating. This was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. We want to come back soon!!

Enjoyed our Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Otter Rock Oasis! The location is beautiful and nicely located between Newport and Depoe Bay. Also, there are a few beaches within walking distance. The home is comfortable and very clean. The owner has added small touches and extras that are thoughtful and nice. The upper level has a great family room with big windows, large couch, game table & games, big screen tv, and most importantly, a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed opening the windows at night and sleeping to the sound of waves. In the mornings, we'd take a short walk to Devil's Punchbowl and then grab coffee and sweets at the Cliffside Coffee and Sweets. The kitchen includes all the cooking accessories and modern appliances. The beds were very comfortable with comforters, lots of pillows, and plenty of extra blankets. Our kids loved the large upstairs bedroom and being able to spread out. Wifi was very good. The TV included a Roku device as well as access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney. The owner was wonderful and attentive. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much!

Great location, well appointed and cozy

My kids and I stayed here for a couple nights. The location was great - only a short walk from tide pools and a nice secluded beach, and within a few minutes’ drive of Newport. The place was clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well appointed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We had the best week at this house! The house was very clean and well stocked. When we were home we spent most of our time upstairs. It was great to be able to see the ocean out the windows and relax on the large couch and leather chairs. The game nook with table was great! We loved being able to hear the ocean from the house. We also loved that the entrance to the house was a key pad instead of a key. It was so nice to be able to go to the beach and not have to carry the keys. The great thing about this house is the close proximity to two different types of beaches. We had a great time!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I spent 5 nights here mid-October and had a wonderful time. The weather and the tides were on our side so we were able to explore the nearby tide pools, walk on the beach, sit on the deck, and just relax! The house is very comfortable, everything is well set-up and easy. I hope to visit again sometime!

Otter Rock Oasis

We do Oregon coast yearly as our end of summer before school family vacation, we stayed at this house 2 years ago and LOVED it, made the mistake of staying in rockaway last year and immediately knew we were booking this house for any future trips. The house is perfect from the inside to the location, the kids are never bored and having a house big enough really takes the strain off as a parent vs being trapped in a hotel/motel. We make 75% of our meals at the house rather then eating out and enjoy the rest of the time at the beach. Thank you so much, until next year!!

Excellent Beach Getaway

We had a girls weekend and the house was just perfect. Spacious enough of all of us. Kitchen is stocked very well to be able to enjoy meals at home. Beach access so close we didn't feel like we had to go anywhere else to enjoy our time. Looking forward to coming back!!

Perfect spot

My wife, my young son, and I all really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy ourselves, walking distance to Otter Rock, surfing, the Punchbowl, and the tide pools - really just perfect for us. The house is super comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed reading books and sipping tea while rocking on the porch looking out at the ocean in the near-distance. I highly recommend the Oasis, and am already planning our next family trip!
