« I stayed 4 nights. This is great little apartment that is great for single person. Very clean. There is a frat house a couple doors down but they were only loud early in the evening and I had no issues sleeping Parking was easy. I parked in front of the house and felt very safe and comfortable »

« I read the reviews of others and here's my experience. I did not have any bad smells and my son (who is allergic to cats) did not have any allergy issues. It is obviously an older property, so it's not a modern, freshly painted environment. Things are obviously used, but the renters have done a good job making the space usable and feel "homey". « Had a wonderful stay. We were visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday and got snowed in our last day. We were able to stay an extra day and they personally checked in to make sure we were ok and offered to get us anything we might need. We hope to stay there again in the future. « Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. »
