„We have stayed at Embassy Suites many, many times and have always found it to be just what we want and need for travel. This time, things weren't as smooth as usual. Some of the curtains in our room were in shreds and looked as tho they had been that way for sometime. Just gave the appearance of a room that was not kept up. They did not clean our room next day - no check on the bathroom, nor empty the waste basket, towels, etc. Our last day - lots of people in for breakfast, and EVERYTHING ...

„I like that the pool is 24 hours. The breakfast was good. We loved the jet tub in our hotel room!“

„AC was very noisy“

„Room-Service for cleaning was offered and twice confirmed, but didn't show up. What disappointed even more: no sorry from the hotel, no reaction to a mail. Guests don't seem to matter too much here. 🙁“
