„Unfortunately there was a confirmed case of insects in our hotel room! The confirmation happed after waking up with many bug bites and escalating it to hotel management. While the hotel management and staff were proactive, this experience ruined our entire stay and trip! Does not feel good to know that bugs were literally all over you in your sleep, this makes me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel rooms!“
