The gorgeous living room-kitchen area is spacious, perfect for larger families to enjoy together. It includes its own cooling unit. The kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped, featuring top-notch appliances like an air fryer, rice cooker, snail pan, stand mixer, and other essentials. It's a delightful place to cook, suitable for long-term accommodation.
The living room has two wide sofas that can also serve as extra beds for four. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people. Extra space is available on the large glazed balcony, which offers fantastic views year-round. Here, you can enjoy the sound of the sea and the breathtaking sky, with the possibility of seeing shooting stars and the glow of the Northern Lights. A truly lovely place and scenery throughout the year!
The quality apartment sleeps eight guests. The master bedroom features a wide 180cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom and toilet, along with its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has two separate beds that can be combined into a 160cm double bed if needed. Sleeping arrangements for four can be made using the foldable sofas in the living room. A crib with bedding and additional baby care items are available upon request.
The main bathroom is linked to a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine that also dries, plus a separate drying rack and ironing board. The bathroom provides access to a spacious sauna. After the sauna, it's lovely to cool off on your private balcony. The apartment also includes a separate toilet and ample storage space in the entrance.
There is a dedicated carport for your vehicle, and a large free parking area next to the house. If you're coming by boat, there's also an option for a boat slip nearby (to be arranged separately).

The apartment is located by the seaside in the coastal area of Pateniemenranta. The beach is beautiful, and you can truly feel and see the changes of the seasons here. Next to the apartment, there's an outdoor sports park and excellent activity opportunities in both summer and winter. A large playground for children is also nearby. There’s a swimming beach close by as well. The area has good basic services, with the nearest store about 1 km away, and there are good transport connections. Pateniemen’s center shops are about 1.5 km away, and Ideapark offers a lot of services approximately 4 km from the apartment (many shops and restaurants). Bus connections also run nearby on two lines.
In Oulu city center, there are many shops and restaurants as well as entertainment and recreational spots. If desired, we can arrange transportation and sightseeing tours, including by limousine. Limousine service can also be ordered for arrivals and departures from the apartment for an extra fee.
