Location, location, location! The rental was an excellent location with a great view. It's a short walk to town and even shorter walk, across the street, to the hot spring and a community area. The second night there was a free concert under the stars enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. The Perimeter Trail head is next to the property entrance!

Great location and efficient checkin etc

Great place and great location. Could use a better cleaning service and more attention to detail. Furniture was dated, but not a big deal just would be a added benefit if furniture was upgraded. A reasonable knife set would be nice. Kitchen is great and very well setup for cooking. Would stay again.

just what we wanted

Great communication with property manager, they were very quick to respond to a question we had. Public hot springs is directly across the road, about as close as you can get, which is what we were looking for. Amazing views from the windows, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed.

Best location and views in Ouray !!

We absolutely loved the place and would rebook if we came back to Ouray!! Unfortunately the hot springs closed the days we were hoping to go so I was disappointed that happened. We travelled to this beautiful place to see my daughter Lauren marry her best friend and soulmate Chris! The views from the home were fantastic and home was cozy, clean and spacious ! We had a great stay here. We really enjoyed the sitting area outside the unit. It was warm in the unit in the afternoon when we returned from our activities but not so uncomfortable that we would not stay there again. We were running away from 105 deg plus so the weather was wonderful.

Beautiful location but cleaning crew isn’t doing their job

Good: Check-in was super easy. The view was incredible. It was very quiet and peaceful. The walk to town was nice. Bad: The condo itself has 70s era furniture and the cleanliness was not at all what I’d expect for the astronomical fee charged. The downstairs sheets were not clean, they were covered in human hair (clearly the maid didn’t change them). The mattress cover was covered in stains (please buy a new one). The clean dishes were left for us to unload from the dishwasher. There wasn’t any type of sponge to clean the dishes with. There was no laundry detergent even though we were asked to start a load of towels. Most annoying of all was we arrived late to this small town and woke up the next morning only to find zero coffee was provided. I’ve stayed at dozens of houses on this site and that was a first. It’s a basic amenity especially considering the price charged. The whole place needs a refresh on furniture and cleaning. And please spend $10 of what I was charged to provide coffee for future guests.

Skyrocket Stay

We had a great time staying at this lovely townhome! Plenty of room for 4 adults and two surprise kiddos. The views were amazing and the location was close to everything, but not too close. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Location

The location of the property was great. The major issue we had was upon arrival there were no sheets on the beds downstairs and no sheets for the beds anywhere else in the house. We spoke with management and they tried to reach out to housekeeping but no one responded so we had to spend the first night of our trip sleeping on beds with no sheets. The response from management was that they couldn’t bring sheets until the next day and they suggested we just spread the blankets out and sleep on top of them. I understand things go wrong sometimes but I felt management should have found a way to get us some sheets for the night (maybe run to Walmart?). I was also disappointed that no discounts were offered to compensate for an uncomfortable night. Overall the location was great and although management was pleasant to speak with, they did not meet an acceptable standard of service. Extremely unilikely to stay here again.

Exceptional experience

Pictures, description and reviews led us to expect a great experience. All expectations were exceeded. Very convenient location to hot springs pool and all activities in Ouray. Could not have been more comfortable. Incredible views! Will definitely plan on staying here again when traveling to Ouray.

Beautiful place and location

This property was just what we needed. Loved the sunroom! It was also great to have so many items in the pantry. We brought our own because I didn’t know what to expect, but I was impressed. If I could change something, I would add ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It was unseasonably warm, and sleeping was rough. Adding the window fan fired up my allergies, but we did it anyway. Overall though, this place is amazing and in a great location near town and the hot springs.
