„The cottage seemed roomy for a one bedroom...very nice layout. The kitchen and bath were modern, comfy bed, large tvs, really everything we needed.we loved the screened-in porch and the deck. We played cards on the deck and grilled. We caught some small sunfish off the dock and enjoyed seeing deer, heron and ducks/ducklings each day.We didn't get out on the water, but the dock, kayaks, and ladder were awesome amenities.The steps down to the water were wide and well maintained, but challenging ...

The boat ramp is not far (about 2-3 miles away) and once your boat is in the water, you can park it at the dock which is within walking distance from the cottage.
