« We have stayed in various 5 star hotels, none compare to Borgo Vita Novella. What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. « The shower was blocked. Wifi problems. Breakfast - no fruit, no fresh juice, nothing gluten free. Fridge in room didn't work. Exit gate to street could only be used to exit not for entering, had to walk around the back in the dark. Room was noisy. You can here all the breakfast noise and the toilets flushing in the rooms next door plus people walking above you in their rooms. No sleep. Would never stay here again. »
