„We felt more than comfortable during the week of our stay. The restaurant was excellent and the location of the resort perfect for our ventures. A very special thank you to the entire team at the resort. They made your stay an experience full of warmth and friendship. Thank you!“

„Nice little place to stay in Ninh Binh. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean globally. Very good local food if you want to eat there“

„I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a brand new hotel. The staff were so friendly, including Huong, Tung tu and Phuong. Who WhatsApp me to help me organise a driver or checking if I wanted any lunch preparing. At the same time they give you space too. So the ideal balance. It’s such a peaceful location, if you want visit the Padonga. As a nomad who works too, the wifi was really strong here, both within the room and outside. The whole swimming pool turns into a whirlpool and the loungers ...

„Amazing place to stay with great staff and property, absolutely recommend“

„Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we ...

„The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing ...

„Our stay here was fantastic. The family were so lovely, kind, generous and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay at their Homestay. It is new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are fantastic and it is very quiet with little in walking distance but excellent bikes that can be borrowed and mopeds/motorbikes to rent plus we had no issues using Grab for taxis. The rooms are huge, begs comfortable, breakfasts tasty and meals and drinks available in the evenings if you didn’t ...

„Overall nice place to stay, however, be aware that the location is quite remote and you will need transportation to go anywhere. The staff were lovely and the food was home cooked and excellent. Some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. The drinks menu was very limited. Just beer really. There is no bar. Our room was lovely, but it was very dark inside. We couldn’t actually see much whilst getting ready in the evening. Also, the water pressure was so low that we couldn’t use the beautiful ...

„Very nice Hotel in a Green and quiet Environment. Very clean and wonderfull staff. Special thanks to Loan who have us an excellent recommandation for the Dinner. But Even More remarquable that she gave some detailed sévices to discover all the Sites. Thanks, we will definitly come back. 👋“

„It’s a beautiful property on beautiful grounds and 5 min walk to the gorgeous Bic Dong Pagoda Temple and lotus ponds. “
