„Beautiful hotel. Near a lot of attractions, shopping and transit. Refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold.“

„I had to pay 50% more for a extra baby bed and when I ask for a hard pillow they refused. The room smell of cigarettes and smoke.“

„The room was amazing and was really clean and nice for the stay. The washroom is nice and modern. The pool and gym were both out of service which disappointed me but was still a good hotel. 9/10“

„Great hotel“

„Wunderbares Hotel in guter zentraler Lage.

„Very clean hotel, friendly staff“

„breakfast here is. really really good. wide selection and tasty rooms were slightly dated looking, but still pretty good staff was mostly good but not so interactive (maybe didnt want to engage in english too much). cleaning staff was a bit aggressive though, kept wanting to take my towels and replace stuff etc even thogugh I had the DND sign on and generally do not really want my room entered during my stay.

„Great location. Courteous owners“

„The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended.“
