A bright flat situated in the heart of the Kalsa district. The recently renovated flat is on the third floor, with no lift.



On entering, there is a small hallway; continuing straight ahead, you come to the living room, which features a double sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped. Adjacent to the living room is a guest bathroom with a shower, without a bidet. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking Via Cervello, from which you can see Via Lincoln and the Villa Giulia Gardens. The layout is completed by a further bathroom with a shower.



*The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot.
