My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel.
Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing.
To make matters worse, the noise level was a constant issue. Guests in the room above were very loud, and the lack of soundproofing made it seem like every step and movement echoed directly into my room. It made it difficult to relax and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the rocky check-in, limited space, and ongoing noise disturbances. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.
