The unit was clean, VERY spacious, and comfortable. Being on the penthouse level with high vaulted ceilings made it feel even larger. The large balcony was a standout, and the ocean views and grounds more than made up for any minor imperfections. Appliances worked well, cookware was sufficient, and the WiFi was strong (helpful since cell service was weak). The host was responsive and even provided a credit for a brief maintenance interruption. The building has luggage carts to help you bring up luggage/groceries.We used the master bedroom (you can hear the ocean with the windows open) and the third bedroom for our kids. Everyone slept well. There were simple games for the kids, which was a nice surprise. TVs are in every bedroom and the main living area, and there is ample seating that is very comfortable.We enjoyed the heated, non-ocean side pool with its gradual entry, great for younger kids. The Cinnamon Beach Grill is pricey but serves a great blackened mahi mahi sandwich and margaritas.A few notes: decor is a bit dated (as shown in photos). The entry door does not lock from the inside, which concerned us given the layout, so we blocked it at night. Toiletries are limited, which they note in your agreement but you may miss. No BBQ (likely HOA restriction). Patio table was wobbly with some worn cushions on the furniture. An air fryer would be a nice addition.Overall, 5/5 and we would return!! A beautiful spot!
