THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.

Pool: The private swimming pool is not heated.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an additional $500 cleaning charge.

Noise & Parties: We want you to enjoy your vacation, but parties, events, performing artists, DJs, and bands are not permitted. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of neighboring homes.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales is not permitted. Overnight commercial vehicles and trailers are prohibited. Trailer exemptions may be available during Bike Week with advance approval from management.

Guest Verification: After booking, the primary renter will be asked to complete guest verification through our trusted third-party verification provider. This helps us comply with local short-term rental requirements and must be completed before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
