Second Visit to Cinnamon Beach

Great location and just across the street from the beach access. Beach was busy but not crowded. All other vacationers were quiet and respectful. Great place for kids of all ages. Property had all expected amenities, clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Fun Beach House

Good for a large size group as there were comfortable beds for everyone and it's right across the street from the beach. Definitely bring your own beach towels/umbrella as there wasn't any. Luckily we blong to Hammock Beach Resort so we could use their ammenities. Overall was a nice place to stay.

relaxing stay

We had a great 3 day weekend at this property. The set up was perfect for 2 families with kids and very spacious. Set in a private community the area was very relaxing. Plus just steps from beach access and a short walk to 2 great pools. If you want to cook in the kitchen there is lots of cookware but bring all your own condiments. We would stay here again.

Nice and convenient home!

We liked this home and the convenience to the beach. Later check-out, trash cans in each bedroom, and providing more essentials (dishwasher pods, paper towels, ziplocks, etc) would have made it even better.

Loved it!

This house was lovely! Plenty of space for our two families with 3 small children each (we just brought pack n plays for the youngest two). The bunk bed room is perfect and we enjoyed the outdoor area on the 2nd floor. It was a pretty short walk to the beach or pool, we had access to the garage which was great to store all our beach gear, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I'd definitely recommend this house!

Coastal Dream

The house was wonderful - wish I had been more aware the kitchen is on the 2nd floor but we had enough people to navigate the stairs. You can hear, feel, and smell the beach from the top balcony and 2 pools are just two blocks down (very short walk). Great place and affordable if you share the expense with a couple of others. We were a house of 50 and older but lots of kids walking around the neighborhood so very kid friendly as well. Great stay for me and my family!

Amazing House

The house is incredible! Beautiful, spacious, steps from the beach and clubhouse, safe, quiet, luxurious. My only small complaint (and this was not the owner’s fault), the clubhouse closed at 5pm everyday. My teens wanted to do the hot tub thing in the evenings. The grill is the same, closes at 5pm. Other than this small inconvenience it was a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home

We loved staying at this property. It was perfect for two families. The pools, gym, grill, hot tubs, were all wonderful. We loved being so close to the beach. Nice and close to the grocery store. The house was very clean. We would stay here again! We have a few easy fix recommendations: the bath towels are paper thin, new ones would be helpful. There are not enough large pots and pans to cook for 10 people. There are also only enough dishes for one meal for 10 people. Additional pots and pans and dishes would be helpful. Also, more Tupperware.

Great home 2 minute walk to beach

This home was fantastic. It had a lot of space and was conveniently located right across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. It was about 100 yards from the pool so we would hit the beach in the morning. Come back to the house for lunch and cool off session then do the pool after lunch. If the goal is to play in the ocean with the kids it won't work here. You can get in the shore break but there are large rock formations all up and down the beach that create a barrier that is tricky to navigate. I was born in FL, have surfed, and scuba, and swam in many places but betting through the rocks without a few scrapes was challenging for me. It was IMPOSSIBLE to take either of my young boys out, like I normally do at the beach.

Ocean Belle at Cinnamon Beach

The Ocean Belle was very clean, fresh, well decorated and very well laid out. The 1st and 2nd floors are relatively secluded from each other giving the guests the feeling of privacy while in each. Even though it is not exactly "direct" ocean front property (and it doesn't claim to be), it is perfectly situated in a very quaint, beautiful ocean side, gated community with nice views and amenities. Daytona and St. Augustine are just short drives down and up A1A and Palm Coast itself has some wonderful restaurants as well as the typical chain restaurants and big box stores. The home sits close, but not too close, to the pools/grille/recreation center/beach. It is a fabulous place to vacation! But with that said, we were a little disappointed by the lack of basic cookware in the kitchen (no cookie sheets, mixing bowls, large frying pans nor tea kettle) as well as the owner not supplying enough or any of the basic and rudimentary kitchen/bath essentials. The listing was very accurate in terms of what it said the guests would need to bring themselves, but the place would have been much better if it wasn't so sparsely stocked with the essentials.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in this house and we really enjoy it. Here are a few things that should be improved. The hand towel holder and toilet paper holder in the jar and Jill bath downstairs kept falling off. The shower head in the master needs to be repaired. It would be very wise to add a few fans on the outdoor patio. If you aren't willing to put up ceiling fans in place of some of the lights then I would get a large floor fan to put out there. It would make that area much more useful.

Exceptional house

This house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beach walkway is right in front of the house! They had beach chairs and wagons to use while we were there. I would definitely come back- it sleeps 8 very comfortably.
