With two separate living rooms, a split-bedroom layout, and peaceful golf course views from the lanai, this Palm Coast home is especially well suited for couples traveling together, golf getaways, snowbirds, and small families looking for a quieter Florida stay that still keeps them close to everything.

Flagler Beach is about 15 minutes away, while shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf are all just a short drive from the home.

THE LIVING SPACES

The main living room is bright and open with tall ceilings, natural light, comfortable seating, and direct views of the pool and golf course behind the home. A second living room nearby gives your group another place to relax, watch movies, read, or spread out comfortably during longer stays.

Large smart TVs in both living rooms make it easy for everyone to unwind after beach days or rounds of golf without feeling crowded into one space.

PRIMARY SUITE

The primary suite is privately positioned away from the guest bedrooms and overlooks the pool area. Sliding door access to the lanai makes it easy to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings beside the pool.

The suite includes a king bed, large smart TV, dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and monitor, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOMS

No stripping beds, starting laundry, sweeping, or cleaning before departure. Simply turn off the lights, lock the doors, and let our professional cleaning team handle the rest.



𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:

  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
