Step inside and the whole front of the house opens up, living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing into one bright, single-level space with no stairs to navigate anywhere in the home.

An enclosed, screened pool lit up with twinkle lights after dark, kept warm by the sun rather than a heater, and paired with a gas grill right at the pool's edge for easy outdoor meals, no shared-pool shuffle here.

An open-concept living area with an oversized sofa and a large TV, connected straight through to the dining space and kitchen so nobody's left out of the conversation.

Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances anchor the kitchen, with a full set of cooking basics, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker to cover everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 on their own: a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with high-quality linens, central air-conditioning, and a private TV. A sleep sofa in the living area adds extra space for up to 8 guests total, and two full bathrooms, one with a soaking tub, cover the group.

Dogs are genuinely welcome here, so nobody has to be left behind or boarded for the trip.

This is a single-level home with no interior stairs; the property is not wheelchair accessible. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
