Fuyez pauvre fous, cet hôtel mérite un 3/10
J’ai demandé à changer de chambre car celle ci était dans un coin du bâtiment sans aucune lumière ça sentait le renfermé,une chambre digne d’un film d’horreur,l’hôtel est resté figé dans le temps salle de bain chambre moquette tout est vieux et daté ,insonorisation inexistante ! merci à la réceptionniste qui parle français qui a bien voulue me changer de chambre !

There are a lot of cosmetic issues with out room and around the property. We have stayed here several times over the last 5 years and the property and rooms just need a little TLC. The check in process was horrible… the agent was clueless… kind of a bad way to start our stay. Thankful for the other employees that came to help her out….

Hotel rooms were out dated and the amenities of the hotel were lacking. We watched a few homeless guys jump the fence to get ice and water then jump over multiple times during our stay. It felt safe but not safe enough. I would not stay here again.

I was really excited to experience one night in downtown Palm Springs. I was attending a concert and looking forward to a one night stay. Overall, the stay was good, the staff were very nice and understanding. I enjoyed the early morning soak in the hot tub. Maintenance was continuously working on the grounds to keep the grounds looking good. The room was a little dated but clean. We had one downside, when we first arrived, we tried to get into our room, we were locked out. Found out there was an authorized couple in our room. The property worked expeditiously to get another room for us as we were on a timeline to get to our concert. They didn't have a double room as requested and settled for a King w/a rollaway. As I understand they were almost fully booked, I can't complain. We saw that the bathroom screen was ajar and figured they accessed the room through that screen. Although a key is required to access the grounds, there are multiple gates on the back side of the motel that can easily be accessed by unauthorized persons, thus leaving me w/ a concern for safety. They offered to waive my ~$22 resort fee, but feel our time and inconvenience could've been compensated a little more.

For the price I was surprised how decent the hotel is. It’s clean, staff are very professional and nice. Shopping and restaurants are all walking distance. Great location if you want to be in downtown Palm Springs. The only complaint was the loud AC & the toilet would clog easily and had to ask for a plunger. Room #206 if y’all want to avoid that room. But overall I liked how the room had a fridge and microwave. We were able to save our leftovers and reheat them. We liked the little patio where we could enjoy a few drinks and relax. We would stay here again.

Overall pretty good property. Only down fall is the pool closes at 10pm but I think its to keep kids and partying/drinking minimized.

Rates were competative to other motels in area until we checked out and received additional fees (25.00 night) for the spa, in asking for a explaination from the desk clerk We were told because we booked through expedia.com this additional fee wasnt billable through expedia, just when we were at the resort. And the Clerk said it is disclosed in the check in papers. Wished I would have known when booking, I could have stayed closer to conference center, and would'nt have the worry of (EXTRA FEES) when checking out.

We value each guest, as we know you have a choice when deciding where to stay in Palm Springs.I'm sorry there was confusion about the resort fees. These fees also include the WiFi, Starbucks coffee service in the morning, bikes, airport shuttle, coffee and water in the room. Resort fees are fairly common in Palm Springs and most of the hotels closer to the conference center also charge resort fees. These fees are disclosed in the confirmation we send you through Expedia.
