Comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults (2 per bedroom). Families traveling with children may bring up to 2 additional children under the age of 12, for a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

Location
Located in Palm Springs' desirable Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood adjacent to Deepwell, Solstice Sonora offers a peaceful residential setting just minutes from the city's best attractions. Downtown Palm Springs is approximately a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find acclaimed restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, nightlife, and the weekly VillageFest. Palm Springs International Airport is about 10 minutes away, while nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking trails, and championship golf courses make exploring the desert both convenient and effortless.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87° from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May & October: $50/night
• Pool heat is generally unnecessary during the summer months.
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. We'll begin heating the pool the day before your arrival at no additional charge so it's ready when you arrive.

Hot Tub
The hot tub is complimentary and available year-round. It is heated on demand using the easy-to-use remote located inside the home. Since it is not maintained at temperature throughout the day, please allow approximately 30–60 minutes for it to fully heat before use.

No Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Bringing unauthorized animals into the home will result in a $500 fee per animal, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. If you are booking a stay during those dates, this will automatically be added to your booking total.

Additional Policies & Rules
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
• Government-issued ID and completion of our pre-arrival registration are required before check-in.
• Palm Springs quiet hours are 10:00 PM–10:00 AM.
• No outdoor music is permitted at any time, in accordance with City of Palm Springs regulations.
• This is a non-smoking property.
