Gut: Sauberkeit
My 6-year-old son was out of his mind with love for this place and all the animals: dogs, goats, chickens, bugs, lizards, butterflies, crickets, plus horses, cows, llamas, and sheep just down the road. "Mommy, if we lived here, I would never need to watch TV again." It's definitely a wild way to vacay - mixed with some colorful characters - and if you're into that, it's your perfect ten! Hosts were very accommodating and felt like instant friends, though that also made it feel more like a "visit" at their private house than a "vacation" to ourselves. (Again, if you know what you're signing up for, it's great.) Tiny cabins were spotless, beds comfy, screens on the doors effective. The "pool" isn't really a pool in the traditional sense, but it was very refreshing on the hot hot weekend. Other guests were also very friendly and we often all sat together eating and making food - a real social, laid back scene.
