« Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason. »

« Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. « The Good: The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The Bad: We stayed there for three nights and the first floor smelled of marijuana every day. We stayed on the second floor and when we walked down the stairs, because there is no elevator, the smell of pot would hit you every time. If you have accessibility issues I hope they give you a first floor room becausethe stairs are steep and there is no elevator. I can live with an outdated room, but there was dirt and dust in many places...
