Luxury home away from home

This stay was amazing! From the multimedia room to the wonderful served breakfast each morning. Ken & Marie were excellent hosts with abundant knowledge of the area & an eagerness to share & help whenever they could. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone & would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had to go out to a wedding, pity would have loved to stay and take in the view. Wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful stay

We had a very wonderful and pleasant stay at the Riverhills, the hosts Marie and Ken gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival, the room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable, we woyld recommend this B&B to all traveller!

Great place to spend a night or two - very friendly hosts, exquisite breakfast and comfy rooms and amenities. Not in the centre of town but you can borrow push bikes to explore the town.

Fantastiskt ställe! Trevligt välkomnande, mycket fint och rent rum samt allmänna ytor, otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Vi hade gärna stannat en natt till bara för boendets skull.

笑顔とホスピタリティに溢れたB&B

オーナーのMarie & Kenご夫妻はとても親切で、部屋や施設の説明も申し分なく、部屋も応接間も全て清潔で、ゆっくり休めました。レンタカーなどで動くのが良いB&Bだと思いますが、川沿いで景色も良く、川に面したゲスト用の居間からは川の流れや散歩する人々も眺められ、とても癒されました。夕方と朝食時には、ご夫妻で話し相手になってくれました。朝食は自宅の庭で採れた果物で作ったオレンジママレードやベリージャム、ヨーグルト、林檎やイチゴ、オレンジなどが食べきれないほど出されます。是非一度お訪ねください。

Great views over the river

Even though we only stayed one night, everything was just perfect, from our initial welcome from Ken and Marie to our breakfast the next day. The location was in a quiet area of town with great views over the river - the house itself was beautifully presented but still had a great vibe - we were very impressed with the service provided.

Fantastic stay, we didn't want to leave!

Riverhills was a beautiful home with such a warm, welcoming feel. Breakfast was great and the views from the lounge room are stunning. Will definitely be back, thank you to you both for such a lovely stay. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful B&B, Wonderful Hosts!!

I stayed at Riverhills for seven nights from 04th March - 11th March and what a truly wonderful stay it was. Ken and Marie are excellent hosts making you feel extremely welcome from the moment you arrive.The house is spacious and airy giving you a homely feel as soon as you walk in the door. The bedroom was a good size with a private bathroom directly opposite with a power shower and spa bath. Breakfast is supplied and was plentiful with nothing being too much trouble for Ken and Marie. Again thank-you for a wonderful stay and making me feel part of the 'family'

Great place in Palmerston

Wonderful hospitality from Ken and Marie who could not have done more to help us. Despite our very late arrival due to delayed flights they made us feel most welcome, even preparing us an evening snack. This is a great place to stay in Palmerston; we highly recommend it

amazing hospitality and lovely place to stay

Ken and Marie were amazing. This place was the best find. The hospitality was great. The lovely discussions over breakfast about where to go. Marie has so much knowledge and was great at the advice. You really feel welcomed into their home. Beautiful view over the river from breakfast room. There is a small sitting room for tea and coffee and also an amazing relaxing home theatre and gym for use for guests. the area of the house is separate from the owners so it makes it so private. Nothing was too much trouble and the place was immaculate.
