« Great property, amenities and especially VIEW of the boats coming in and out of the Panama Canal. Estaban is wonderful and arranged to pick us up from the airport. This is a quiet, peaceful property that we highly recommend for your stay in Panama City. Kisses to Emma, the resident greeter/welcome committee Coffee filters and brewer on site, bring your ground coffee, gallons of water and spices other than salt/pepper. La Vida Bella »

« This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

« Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Nous étions 6. Les deux chambres sont très confortables. Le divan-lit dans le salon est moins confortable. La cuisine est assez bien équipée. La terrasse est splendide avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est très agréable. Nous avons été bien accueillis. »

« Although VRBO says to always pay through the app, this property says they have difficulty processing payments through VRBO and insisted on payment through a different app. I hesitated but due to the good reviews I decided to trust them. I had no issue using their app.The unit itself was very nice but in a gentrified area near some sketchy areas. We never felt unsafe. »

« We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. « Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again. »

« View is nice. Pool is nice. The apartment is pretty bare bones. Only sheets to cover yourself at night. Like 5 clothes hangers to share between all the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the living room didn’t cool, but the ones in the rooms could freeze you out. The chairs in the dinning area were pretty beat up. The guys at reception were friendly. « The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

« Place is wonderful. Great view from condo and roof top pool. We had a leaky A/C and told the owners. It was fixed by the time we got back to the condo that same day. We had a great time with bars and restaurants right next store in the Westin. We rented a car that sat in the safe garage most of the time. Uber drivers are usually within 2 minutes for pick up. The only thing we could have used one more of is the fob to go up and down in the elevator. Thanks for the use of your great place. »
