The house itself was beautiful and suited our needs very well with our group (8 adults 1 toddler). The rooftop deck area was amazing. It was great to be right on the pool and a quick walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. There were however a few things to note about the community and the house itself:- The beaches here are private (require you to be wearing a wristband). The beach access for this community is very small and VERY crowded during peak season (we went the first week of April), to the point where it was hard for us to find a spot to sit at the beach.- We never had a problem finding chairs at the pool. This pool is not heated so was a bit too cold for our toddler (temp was 70 degrees when we were there). - You are not allowed to bring anything with wheels to the beach including coolers or wagons, which was not communicated to us (so we rented a cooler and wagon for no reason). - Unlike other houses we looked at renting, this house does not offer any crib or beach gear like chairs and towels. - The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware, but there were no seasonings (no salt, pepper, sugar etc) and minimal basics (dishwasher pods, paper towels). So make sure you add those to your grocery list!Overall we had a wonderful trip. I just wish I had known some of these things in advance!
