We give the room itself 5 stars!! The room was nice and the view was immaculate!!! We give the property, minus our room, 1 star. Having to leave our ID with complete strangers in order to use a luggage cart seemed ridiculous and risky. I did not want my, nor my fianceâs, ID lost, given to the wrong person or someone being able to see exactly where we live. Having to provide an ID for reservation purposes is understandable, but just to use a luggage cart, really?? Only one elevator was available to those checking in or out, and it was being operated by one of the workers. You could not freely use the elevators and had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to get on one. Some elevators were inoperable and had been for over a year. The complex programmed other elevators to ignore the button requests and we ended up having to call the front desk numerous times just to be able to have access to the elevators. Mind you, we were on the 20th floor. After reading the many rules and regulations of this place we realized how restrictive it was. No speakers at the pool, no coolers larger than what can fit under a chair, if you use any beach chairs youâre not allowed to open the umbrella without permission and have to have it opened for you. You arenât allowed to have mini umbrellas either. Thereâs so much more to say but Iâve ran out of room. This place was horrible minus our room!! It wasnât worth the thousands of dollars we spent. Will not be staying here again.
