The condo accompanied us very well as the weather was very bad for majority of the trip, if it weren’t for the condo, this trip would have been a waste. Great host, easy check in and checkout. Would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and well put together. We had everything we needed. The provided rental chairs were awesome. We have stayed at this condo for years and love it. The resort was a little loud this stay with neighbors a few floors down not interested with respecting that some people might want to sleep at 3 am but over all the stay was good. The room itself was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely love staying in this condo!! My husband and I stay here at least once every year. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this room. I will however mention the beach side chair service was horrible this year with a very rude attendant...but that is a separate issue. The pool could have been cleaner but we also went toward the end of the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation! Imagine waking up in the morning and the first thing you see is the breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean—it’s the same stunning view from the living room. The space is incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was super responsive. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Plus, having access to a private beach made the experience even more special. Don’t hesitate—just book it!

Beach Trip June 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed here before, the reason I chose to come back is the no hassle check in and out. This time there were code issues being changed starting at parking entrance to room entrance etc. The sheet with instructions in room were different check out time from rental agreement, but because of all the other last minute code changes I was confused. Other than that I would stay here and tell others how nice our stays have been.

Beautiful Condo but it wasnt properly cleaned prior to my arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall stay was good but upon my arrival it was apparent the unit had not been properly cleared. I literally wrote my name in the coffee table. Housekeeping was sent back up but the "damage" had already been down. I couldnt trust that anything had been cleaned properly from that point forward.

2308

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB each year and always stay at Aqua. This was the first time ever staying in 2308 and we were not impressed. The unit wasn’t stocked with towels and/wash cloths. The ice maker was broken and leaked water all over the floor. It wasn’t as “homie” and comfortable as all the other units we’ve stayed in over the years. We will definitely be back next year but will choose a different room.
