Step onto the private balcony and enjoy views of the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax after a day at the beach, or watch for dolphins swimming offshore.

Living Area
The bright and comfortable living room provides a welcoming place to relax during your stay. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the condo while keeping the Gulf view front and center. The living room also includes a 65-inch TV for enjoying your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen includes the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.
Coffee lovers have two options:
• Drip coffee maker
• Keurig coffee maker
Guests planning to use the drip coffee maker should bring enough coffee filters for their stay.
The dining area is conveniently located beside the kitchen and provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together.

Primary Bedroom and Ensuite Bathroom
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a 55-inch TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day in the sun.

Twin-over-twin bunk beds are located in an open hallway alcove. This sleeping area does not have a door, making it a convenient option for children while keeping them close to the main living area.

The second bathroom is accessible from the common area and includes a walk-in shower.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are located inside the condo, making it easy to keep clothing and towels fresh throughout your stay.

Majestic Beach Towers is located directly on the beach in Panama City Beach and offers a wide variety of amenities for guests to enjoy.

Beach-chair and umbrella service is not currently included with this rental.
Pool wristbands will be available inside the condo. All wristbands must remain in the unit and be returned to their designated location before checkout.

Guests must register with the resort and pay the applicable parking fee for each vehicle. The resort parking fee is currently $40 per vehicle.
