Your Space
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living space with natural light while showcasing the Gulf coastline and nearby lake views. The open-concept layout combines coastal style with comfort, creating the perfect spot to gather after a day on the sand. Kick back for movie nights, watch the sunset over the water, or start your morning with coffee while taking in the sound of the waves from above.

The living area features a plush queen sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals during your stay, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and ample cookware. Tidewater Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time parking and wristband fee is required at check-in. Guests aged 12 and up will receive wristbands, which must be worn while on the property.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
