Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I would like to comment that the house is very comfortable and nice. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the location is excellent. Thank you for the prompt response regarding the bike and also our inquiries we really appreciated it. However, I would like to give a couple of recommendations. For example, the kitchen lacks more pots and pans since the house is for 10 people and what is provided is not enough. On another note, when we rented the house, there was no mention that there would be an extra charge for the heated pool, which I found unfair. If you are providing the service for the pool, at least it should be mentioned so that we can decide from the beginning whether to choose this property or not. As for the outdoor lights, how is it possible that they are decorative and not functioning? To use the grill, we had to rely on our cellphone light as if we didn’t have electricity, which was very inconvenient.
