  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nasty

Condo was very nasty which I discussed with a lady from Salty Life Rentals. There was a lot that was shoddy about this condo. The ad never mentions parking. Once we got there we are informed in order to park we must pay $80 for 2 vehicles. When I mentioned it to the lady at SLR she stated I never should have paid for parking and she would get that money back. I never received it and last time I messaged them they never responded. Very beautiful view but that was about it! Edgewater is a nice resort though. Would recommend Edgewater but not this condo.

Perfect location, beach was great, pools were great. Rental property was clean and up to date. There weren’t a lot of kitchen supplies (measuring cups, pans, etc) but we made do with what we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best Spring Break Ever

This condo had to be one of my families favorite stays in Panama City! Beach was quiet, pools were beautiful and warm! And the views from the balcony were amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Already tried rebooking the same one but it was booked. No wonder cause this place was great!

Great Ocean Front Condo

The checkin process was so smooth, we thought we had missed a step. Checkout was a breeze as well. The condo looked just like it does in the pictures, but the view is better! Great location for families as two rooms have balcony access with an interior room with bunks.

Beautiful View!

We had a fabulous time on our girls’ trip and the condo was great! Paula responded promptly whenever we had a question or needed something. She was very accommodating to our requests. The balcony was probably our favorite spot to hangout. I highly recommend this property! Nine women celebrating 3 birthdays couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Beautiful Views!

We had an amazing week staying at this property. The couple hiccups we had were promptly addressed by the property manager. We absolutely loved the location and the condo itself was beautiful. The only downfall was nothing to do with the owners. The elevators were down multiple times during our stay. One being the day we were leaving, so that was not fun. Overall, we’d stay here again! Thanks for hosting!

PERFECT week at PERECT location in PERFECT CONDO!

This condo was the absolute BEST location we have ever stayed in on our many trips to Edgewater over the years! Paula was a dream to work with in getting all the details JUST RIGHT for our special family vacation with my hubby, my son/daughter-in-law and two grandsons (9&5). Having the two king master suites was incredible then the kids separate room with their own bath also made for such a comfortable non-crowded stay. Paula thought of everything when stocking the kitchen! And the open concept living area was soooo spacious (even with all the many necessary “accessories” that come with traveling with two kids). The “icing on the cake” with this unit is the end location with wrap-around balcony overlooking beachfront around to pool view to front entrance of property. Sunset views looking down beach toward pier were spectacular! Had no problems at all with Internet/WI-FI. SMART TV’s in Living area and all bedrooms so navigating tv’s was easy! Washer/dryer worked great….keeping up with all the kids laundry!! Beds were comfortable and unit was VERY CLEAN upon arrival!! Anytime our needs call for a three bedroom unit in the future, you can bet that we will be coming back to this unit.

Beautiful Property

We really were so blessed to find this property and have the week of weather we did. You feel like you are right on the ocean. We have stayed at Edgewater before & if you have a family it is perfect because they have a restaurant on site and activities for all ages. The beach is never over crowded and you can rent chairs if you'd like. Paula was extremely accomodating and incredibly sweet. We are already looking at coming back in the future as we frequent this area of Florida at least twice a year. The condo is updated and clean. The views are incredible. We have a variety of ages wth us from 70 years old down to 6 years old and everyone absolutely loved and enjoyed the property.

Ok so this was probably the nicest condo I have ever stayed in! It was well laid out, and maintained. There were plenty of towels and open cabinet space for snack storage. The view was amazing. Had an issue with trying to get on the wifi but the owner took care of that quickly! She was just a phone call away.
