Overall was an okay stay. Half of our party arrived a day before us and were given a hard time at the front gate because their name wasn’t the main one on the reservation. The woman at the gate was really nasty to them. I wasn’t told until the night before left that the host doesn’t supply toilet paper for their guests, after trying to get ahold of the host for more. We had 5 people for 6 days and were supplied with a half used roll for each bathroom. There were lots of pots, but only 1 frying pan. We tried to play golf, as advertised in the listing, but there was only 2 left handed clubs provided at the condo and the clubhouse wouldn’t rent any because they were switching all of them over with new ones. So that’s an amenity we couldn’t use. WiFi password wasn’t given the entire stay. Parking was never an issue. Perks - the pools were nice; Cold but nice. The tram drivers are fun and friendly. Close to many attractions, restaurants and beaches. Privacy and noise were never an issue. We don’t think it was worth the money we paid, especially if we weren’t able to use everything we apparently paid for.
